Why is there another book? There shouldn't have even been a book two. Hopefully the story will end in the next book.
This book is a page turner; I couldn't read it fast enough. The Prologue continues the story from Book 1 and whisks you away on the continuation of the Maggie and Chase story. There isn't as much romance in this book rather it's more of a mystery / suspense that leaves you eager to read the 3rd book. I'd love to say more but I don't want to give the story away. Just Read It!
Let's not even go in on the fact that the story just cuts off...but why is Maggie doing so much for a man who walked out on her without so much as a whispered goodbye. Nope. Not feeling it and will not continue
It is a good story but could have been one book no need for a series. For me, I tend not to read the Next book or any other books by an author who does this.
This book or series is so getting on my nerves. It is a good book, it is being made into a drawn out boring book. It is an okay read.
I am rescinding my previous rating. I reread the first two books and this one was as good as the first one. The book was so long I felt it should have ended. This book is good and scary. I had to upgrade the rating.can't wait to read book three. I sure hope it ends.
First, I was given a copy of this book to read. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to leave a comment. It took a bit for me to get involved in the story, since I have not yet read the first book. However, once I was in, it was a full-on page-turner. The suspense is intense, and I sometimes had to take a break from the book to catch my breath, but then had to come back and read more. I won't give away the biggest surprise, but I definitely did not see it coming. There are a few typos, but as a traditionally published writer of non-fiction, I realize that even with six or seven edits (such as my books go through) don't catch them all. Good read!
